Spring Break

is coming to an end. I visited Blue Agave (amazing food!) with Joel, Kyle, and Carina for Kyles Birthday. Yesterday I made a visit to Borders, which sadly is closing down on State. st.? Or at least I hear, I purchased Dark Crystal, and the Addams Family Collection among others. We later watched them at my place over drinks with my old Sociology Professor who is awesome, and was in SB for the night. I can't believe Spring Break is coming to an end, after such a longggg quarter. ++Beach day with Kyle and Jose. The weather was perfect. Got to see dogs snarl at eachother, women who should wear bras when they run, and Anyway, I'm devoutly working on a magazine Jeremy and I are working on... http://www.clichemag.com which will bring you long hours of visual pleasure for the months to come. Check it out.

Ohh let's not forget I picked up Twilight. I don't know, I didn't really read the books, but after getting dragged to the Theatre to see it, I ended up seeing it twice. So I bought it.

The Begining of Spring Break

has been interesting. I saw Gavin Newsom speak at the Veterans Memorial Building. He looks a good guy, he's got my vote. Carina wanted to ask what he would do to address the recent Hate Crimes which have happened in Isla Vista (UCSB's College town) where I live. One was toward an Asian American UCSB Student in which he was called racist names and beaten, and the other was toward a Gay Alumni where he was gay bashed. Carina couldn't ask the question because time ran out. Anyway he did mention to her that he would sign the 'Federal Dream Act'. So far SP 09 has been steadily peacefull. Sunday Jose, Hassan and I visited the Costa Mesa South Coast Plaza except it closed too early. We also got a suite for Hassan at Nino Ferretti. We stopped at Joel's Birthday thing on the way back, and Monday a did a bit of shopping...
