Warm Fridays in Fall

Hello all. Sorry for neglecting my blog. It's been a while. I've had school to focus on. Anyway lately I've been going back and forth to LA a lot. Thanksgiving was not all the rage for me... try having not many people your age in your extended family...yeah, boring. Yet I won't complain about the food though. Black Friday I was up at 5 am to mother telling me to get up. It was pretty early, but hey I've never complained about going shopping. On another note, you should watch Nickelodeon today... the "About You Now" video should be out today after the Drake n Josh Christmas Movie. It leaked on Perez Hilton .com a couple of days ago and for some reason the last couple of seconds were cut off. But really, Perez Hilton really needs to find new teen scum to write about because Miranda is extremely sweet and does not deserve to be bagged on. She works hard. And just because other certain teen stars choose to do crazy things, does not mean she will. Let's be real. She's 15.

Miranda Cosgrove "About You Now"

This weekend was fun, hectic and rewarding. Friday was rehearsal with Miranda and the rest of the band in North Hollywood. The next day, the shoot was at Lakewood Mall in Lakewood. The shoot was long and fun. I drove back up with Jose Saturday night. Here are some pictures.

Gone for a

while now. Time to catch up. Friday I traveled to LA to attend a rooftop birthday party of a friend of a friend. Last night I caught up my partying in Santa Barbara. I'm content. I will possibly be filming another music video next Saturday. Today was relaxing. I love fall breezes. =]

First Weekend

Back to School.

The weekend went by pretty quickly. Saturday night was Ashley's "Super Heroes and Villians" Birthday party. It was pretty good. Cam Francisco DJ'ed. Sunday I headed over with some friends to LA for some shopping. Stops: UO, Burberry, +other stores were purchases were not as big. I got some nice speakers for my computer. Class has begun and work has begun to pile. Wish me luck haha. Here are some shots:

It's been a while. I haven't had time to update. This past Monday I headed for LA. I spent sometime in the West Covina Area. I ended up having the best Mexican food throughout whole day. The day ended at BOXeight studios and met with Dirk. I had KING TACO...authentic Mexican food in Downtown LA. School starts Thursday and my first class is at 8pm ...kill me know. Hahah.

Blank Tuesday

I can't believe fall quarter begins in approximately two weeks. Today Casie and I went thrifting at the Magnolia center. She found a crazy 80's prom dress, and a couple band t shirts for $3, some sunglasses and a silk scarf. I found a scarf, a wooden carved owl and an awesome disney t-shirt. You should all by now know that I'm a sucker for Disneyland. The day wasn't too eventful, it just reminded me to have cash when going thrifting. COCO finally got around to putting up the pictures from VISIONAIRE so you should check them out. Here are a couple...there are more on the COCO MYSPACE.

Hollywood.

I drove up to LA Friday morning and went shopping with Ashley, and Jackie. We hit up Westwood Village and 3rd St. We found a couple outfits for Jackie. That night was the VISIONAIRE fashion show which turned out to be kind of amazing. Jason Elridge from KCRW and Invisible DJ Records was djing. Jeremy Wineberg from Invisible dj made an appearance. I had 1 energy drink too much. The night was short and sweet. The next day Ashley and I headed over to BOXEight Studios for a shoot with Dirk Mai for COCO. There we met Cody Kennedy (Gene Simmons Family Jewels, etc) and Jackie K. We took forever for wardrobe so the shoot didn't end till 5. Ashley and I decided to head over to Melrose for some shopping. Later that night we hit up a party with Cody at the Chateau Marmont on Sunset which was fun. The night ended at IN n OUT. Yes I'm guilty.

Starbucks Junkie

So I'm sitting at Starbucks lounging long enough to come back to a new carpet in my apartment. The carpet guys were late, like an hour late. And they still had the nerve to come to starbucks. I totally saw them here haha. Anyway this week as been kind of slow. I should be driving to LA for Visionaire and a Photoshoot I have Saturday tomorrow with Ashley. If plans don't work out I'll drive out tonight. Last night Ashley, Hannah, Casie and I went over to get some Boba and Indian food, but to my surprise it was closed so we headed for some Mexican food. Casie and I ended the night by taking an hour to decide whether we should watch the Lord of the Rings or Girl Next Door. I didn't go to bed till 3 and here I am. I'm off. LOOKBOOK

I ran across this website a few days ago and submitted my blog for approval, and they liked me so I was asked to join. They have an amazing array of street fashion, and it's real. You can hype others and vise versa. I definitely recommend it.




I am leaving for LA again tomorrow for VISIONAIRE and a Photoshoot on Saturday. More posts soon, with pictures.

iCarly Video Shoot ("Miranda Cosgrove")

I guess I never posted the video. But I had some requests to do it so here we go. It was shot like two months ago. I went in with Lucas, Dean, and Krystos... to do the shoot on a sunday. It went pretty well. We had our own room with a pool table. Queen Latifah had been in the room next to us, and Dr. Dre was recording in the other studio. I met the head of Columbia Records, and Miranda's manager who apparently also manages a bunch of bands including Against Me! Anyway the shoot took the whole day; Miranda didn't get there until an hour after I did. She started doing make-up. We set up our instruments. I wasn't very into it in the beginning but after a while it was chill. Here some pics =].

Southern Accents and Thursday Nights

Yesterday was fun throughout.

Ashley, Moonie, Jose, Casie and I went to do some shopping on State St, after some Pho. Which reminds me I was gonna go to Jack Johnson but I decided not to; instead Paulina told us about her adventures back stage. We headed downtown. I bought an amazing art piece at an antique shop. I'm not religious at all... but I love intricate religious art. There's just something about it.

We raided UO for a pillow, and some stockings. Then we headed over to Yellowstone vintage, which by the way is not soo bad, except I noticed that sometimes their "vintage" tees are reproduced, which is a no-no, unless its a crazy Alice in Wonderland t, which I almost bought. Ashley did find crazy leather boots for only 60. Anyway, we ended up at Chipotle for some chips and salsa and then headed over to AA for a glance.

They had some really mouthwatering overpriced gold chains that I will be back for. It's to convenient to head to Downtown for a wholesale price.

We ended up coming back and Ashley and I headed over to get her some hair product, which was kind of a success.
Sundown followed and we ended the night with a get together. We danced the night away, and I came back to sleep to a couple of movies.
